the art and music are both very cool! I liked the movement concept but couldn't seem to get it to work, could just be an issue on my end. good job!

Very nice game and very cool art.
The concept is cool and the gameplay is fun.

Loved the visuals and the sounds fit nicely too, this may just be a personal thing but I thought it was a bit disappointing when there was only music in the menu screen. I did think the lack of music in the game kinda set a vibe that was very fitting, but when I'm playing a difficult game that i get stuck in places for a long time its nice having music to keep it fresh. Great job.

Love the pixel art - the setting was a bit too dark for my liking but it was still a pretty enjoyable game. Took me a while to figure out the movement and how it worked but once you do its quite fun! Would be nice to have a controls page eventually!

Overall well done - good luck to your team c:

I'm a fan of the pixel art, and the physics-based traversal is very ambitious!  I unfortunately figured out how to rotate the reticle before walking to the right at the beginning, and that combined with not being able to see the room above resulted in me not knowing what to do for a few minutes until I accidentally got a valid tether direction.  I enjoyed playing with the movement once I got past that, though!

This is actually pretty fun, once I got it going, idk sometimes the game would start shaking violently when I swing and the performance drops dramatically overtime. I Like the aesthetic, I love the controls and the level is very interesting.

If the performance was better I would've played this longer but overall really great game you have here, good luck with the game jam :)

Thanks! Yeah the game shaking is to do with the performance drops, the physics fucks up when the fps drops. I never had any performance problems when playing the actual build however, just in editor, so its a bit unusual.

I can second that heavily shaking/vibrating camera, and it does seem to only happen when the tether is connected to something.

I like this, very good job Kikai and cowboynumber4. especially cowboynumber4, you handsome man.
