Nice concept, and I loved the music so really good job on that. Even though I was bad at it, it was a really nice little game, and good job for your first game jam!

Is it morally bad if I'm sexually attracted to just a head of a knight ? (asking for a friend btw)

But seriously, I like the mechanic, I wonder if there are shortcuts by chaining jump, I couldn't find any unfortunately.

A simple idea well-executed. I like the way you have to use momentum. I'm wondering if it might benefit from having the movement be faster and less floaty, so that you can play at a faster pace. Great work!

I do like that suggestion, while play testing I too had the occasional jump where I was like "oh great now I have to wait to come back down" but I think theres value in having the extra reaction time when you are near objects you want to push off. Perhaps in future versions there could be a speed slider, or a time dilation option when near pushable terrain.

Its amazing that you put all of this together on your own! The sprite is so adorable, smoll knight c: and the music is super catchy.  Beautifully done!

That movement mechanic is indecipherable to me, but it's also extremely unique! I have to say, I am obsessed with the song - idk if there is more than one I couldn't make any progress :(  - so i'd love to know more about it!

Thanks for trying the game :) I was really proud how the music turned out, unfortunately I only made one song cuz the game is only 4 rooms long. I wish I had time to make a tutorial room because it seems like a lot of people were having a hard time with the momentum based game play and the game was kinda tough from room 1. The idea was to chain pushes to make the larger jumps possible but it seems like a lot of people tried to just play it like jump king and try to guess the right angles to make the jumps which quickly made the game impossible.
