Very nice effort. Honestly the tiny gemstones look just as good as any Columns-type game I've seen before.
I really like the font you used. It's similar to the one I made for my game, but I think it looks friendlier, haha.

I worked alone on this game.
Was the resolution a challenge?
The biggest problem with the resolution was creating visually distinct sprites for the falling blocks without having them be too noisy/distracting.
What did you learn?
Deciding the location of UI elements and information on paper is something I don't always do with projects, but the low resolution made it particularly useful to figure out how much screen space I needed to fit all of the information I wanted.
