Very cute game! I included it in my LOWREZJAM compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)

The Mac version doesn't work in my case. I have "Unable to find game" error. Do you miss some files in your executable ?

I'm having the same issue with the game not running if I download it off the site. I think macOS is quarantining the game because it doesn't trust it, which happens some times with GameMaker Studio games. I'll have to look into it

This game is adorable in every way. Boops for everyone! I liked how you had a few different colored snakes that each worked a little differently.

Thanks for playing my game! This is the kind of game I make when I don't brainstorm enough ideas and just go with the first thing that comes to mind. :)

ahaha the music is charming :)

i caught some bits where the 64x64 grid seems to be broken? you can see it in the 'LEVEL BOOPED' preview image too, under the 'P' in booped

Thanks for playing my game and catching that graphical bug.! I'll fix it later.

love the cuteness of the snakies even at the lower resolution.  would have liked if the enemies presented more of a booping threat, even the winged ones weren't really an issue.  and when you did get booped there wasn't any real penalty, also there was never really a need to use the tickle, if you were closes enough to tickle them you could just boop them instead and save time.  love the concept would have liked to see just a little more detail in the background

I assisted on a game for this jam.  would love to hear your ideas on our game :)

Thanks for trying out my game!

Honestly, I kept the tongue flick ability in just because it looked funny. It was meant to be used with the score combo system; you would gather multiple snakes together in the same spot by stopping them in place with the tongue flick, then boop them all at once. I didn't have as much time to refine and polish the game mechanics as I hoped, but I'm glad that I managed to finish the game.
