Nice little physics based survival/buildery thing.

There were a few spots where bricks would or wouldn't get damaged where it appeared that they shouldn't or should respectively. My suspicion is that this was likely unexpected physics interactions, but it's also possible that there was some extra interaction between brick and the cannonball that wasn't being surfaced to players.

I think there's potentially room for extended gameplay through more unique brick types that grant more time, or restore health, or heal a brick based on placement, but I think it was wise to keep the scope small and get something shipped for the jam! Well done.

Thanks for the feedback! Yeah the physics needed additional adjustment that we ran out of time and energy for unfortunately.

That's game jams! I hope that you felt like you learned some valuable stuff along the way :)

It's like a reverse angry birds!  I like it!

Could have used some sound effects and maybe some sort of progression system.  I'm sure you'll add those when you make this a commerical game.  Right?

Please try my game and let me know what you think!  Thanks!

Developer

Ah, if  only there was more time to add those, the gamejam curse. Maybe if I do work on it later...

Since you did ask nicely, I'll look at your game :)

Very cool!  What is the voice from the statue saying?

Developer
