I would've liked to give this game a better score on the presentation, but the substance is lacking once you try out all of the monster's moves. In the end, it's basically just a training mode with a test dummy. There is plenty of potential for this project should you ever continue it, and I can see this becoming a fun indie game if there is ever an entire release.

This looks SO cool, really legit presentation, I hope you get to flesh this out!! I especially like the air dash!
Movement is super satisfying, especially all the dashes. The character design is perfect too, really captures that old school tokusastsu vibe.
Loved the visuals and feel of the controls. Great work!
The controller support did not work for me. Specifially the controller would make the character constantly move backwards by itself. Unplugging the controller didn't help either. Had to restart the game and keep the controller disconnected for the issue to go away. I'm doubting it is an issue of controller drift but maybe.
INTERESTING. Out of curiosity, what kind of controller were you using? Regardless, thanks for the feedback!
It was a PS5 controller wired in via USB.
Impressive character model and animations! I do wish it was a full fledged fighting game with a real opponent rather than a training dummy, but managing to pull off some aerial combos on the dummy felt good by itself anyway. The destructable buildings were a nice touch also!
I enjoy it, I liked the atmosphere and the minimap.
