This was a fun game! I liked the sprite work, especially the animation of the witch's hat. The whole experience was very charming.

wall jump is not my thing, so I got stuck at level 6, but it was really fun :)

This was really good fun, once you start using the runes to navigate the space and get familiar with it, you defiantly get into a rhythm that feels awesome.

Great work!

This is a lovely game! Really enjoyed playing it!
The idea is great, the pixel art is very charming and the gameplay works great!

Overall an amazing game for the jam! Definitely one of my favorites

Thank you so much!

i completed the entire game and it was pretty fun... i had no idea you could grab multiple bottles until I accidently grabbed 2 during the 6th level (the wall jump is lowkey annoying since it doesn't work on the edge... i tried jumping from yellow to red but its impossible). all in all, a genuinely great game that's fun to play and honestly was worth playing the entirety of it. the sound was ok, i like the beat but of course its repetitive (very fair since its a jam)

The music was thrown together last minute- we should have added a mute button for the music. Thanks for the review!

I enjoyed the game, I feel the double jump and high jump are the same and the music can get a little repetitive. I know with the amount of time you had you were most likely not focused on sound. I really like the art style and some of the small animations like the person taking the potion. Maybe finished potions could have different colors based on the ingredients and there could be some variety in animation for the guy taking the potions (maybe there could be like an easter egg one once in a while) Just some nitpicky stuff really thought it was cool. Maybe there could be some story elements too.
