this is a fun and cute little game!

> Does the game work on your phone?
it does! but it feels laggy and there's no sound/music

notes/feedback
- the speed of the ghost vs the background vs the flames all feel a bit off. if the flames are moving that quickly, the background should be moving faster and the ghost's jumps should be longer.
- the ghost's jumps feel a bit short compared to the height of the flame.
- if the game gets harder or faster the longer you play, it's hard to notice. this would probably be good stuff to work on next if you want to add a bit of depth.
- if you try to put the game in fullscreen, it just zooms in really close and escaping back to the itch page will keep the zoom. this can be resolved by refreshing the page.
- the art and music are really great :)

I noticed that when using the mouse, the ghost doesn't jump until I release the button, that makes the mouse controls less responsive and in turn harder to play, so I stuck with the space bar. Sorry, I didn't test it on my phone, but this is what happens when I went full-screen on my computer: and it stayed that way even after I exit full screen. I'm using Chrome.

The game is too simple and repetitive, most likely you already know that. I think any new mechanic would make it better.

Thanks. I had recently noticed the mouse needing to be held down to trigger the jump. I was going to look into making it more responsive, especially since mouse/tapping is the only jump control in the mobile version.

I also was informed about the full screen issue by someone using Firefox on a desktop PC with a large screen, though it worked fine on my 15'' laptop. What kind of device are you using? Setting full screen to work properly seems to still be in progress with GDevelop and I am hoping to work some more of the bugs out.

I'm using a Chrome on my HP laptop.

Thanks. Pretty close to what I use. I'll look into what could be up.

Simple but well done, didn't find any problems although there doesn't seem to be much yet. Still a nice start for what could be a bigger infinite runner game!

It's just jumping over flames. Is there anything more to this game? If not (and I didn't see anything), then the gameplay is repetitive and not unique.

hi, tried on safari, works well, but no sound. also better to put ghost in the left, as my finger on the right, then i will have more time to notice the fire. good job:)

Odd. I just looked it up and it does seem sound for GDevelop games and sometimes on Safari (and ios) in general often does not work. It might be due to a a feature on by default, which "prevents automatic audio playback while browsing websites." I found some instructions on how to disable it on a website called Hippo Video. No idea if that will allow sound to work for you. Apparently this is a pretty prominent issue and I never even knew it existed until now. I should look into ways to circumvent this. Thanks so much for letting me know!
