Instant Noodles's itch.io page

Did you learn anything new during the jam?
I've learnt that I keep making the same mistakes :)

Aren't you awesome for creating a game?

I look noodles, you like noodles?

What do we need? Instant Noodles! I refreshed a few times and got all kinds of fun things.

Thank you for submitting and letting "A thing" be seen.

Whether it was down line drawing lag or what, it was interesting to see this map build up over time. Procedural generation is often an interesting topic and gets us thinking about "what looks natural" when generating data. Was cool to hear on stream how you went about achieving this! THANK YOU !

General

Well like you mentioned on your page you didn’t have gameplay but I found it intriguing anyway. I never played the game you are doing a tribute to but you made me feel like I missed out on the game!

I hope you learned a lot from it that you could reuse in future projects!

Side note: Your install instructions made me laugh ;D

Game Jams are for learning new things so this is great. I have recently been playing with city generators myself - they are very, very hard!

Stuff happens. I'm a big fan of doing the interesting thing that isn't something on its own.

Interesting. I wouldn't even know how to begin making something like this.
