This game is gorgeous!
I couldn't tell if I was supposed to go to the drum beat or to the beat of the animals so I sort of hit the buttons wildly haha. That seemed to work however! What a pleasant forest! :)

Damn! That was refreshing! The environment, characters, and animations are all impressive! Simple concept, solid execution. I had to play with a controller, keyboard controls often resulted the MC uncontrollably running into a wall. BUT! After switching to a controller it was a smooth sailing!

I don't think I've seen a Jam this many fully realized 3d elements and animations. Hopefully y'all got some sleep!

A beautiful game! I loved the visuals and how it felt like I was part of the music. It definitely captured the feeling of childlike wonder and imagination for me :D

Thank you!

Wonderful music and visuals. All the objects really stood out from one another in this color pallet.

Great and simple game! Love how simple the game design is! I knew exactly what to do without ever having to read even a single piece of dialog. Art and animations genuinely look on-par with many commercial games. Great work!

If I could nitpick one thing though, I didn't like the feel of the character controller. Felt kinda sluggish.

Thanks for the feedback! There was some experimentation with move speed and how the rhythm mechanic operated in the first few days, and it was getting to be too cumbersome to both perform to the beat and run around while looking at where you're supposed to go, so I slowed down the move speed a lot and simplified the rhythm mechanic so the player doesn't feel like they're rubbing their stomach while patting their head at the same time.

I see. That makes sense. It definitely could get disorienting moving fast while trying to keep the rhythm going
