Game Description
You're a recently deceased adventurer who has come back as a ghost to watch over your grandson, Little Timmy, as he sets out on a quest to avenge your death. Unfortunately, Timmy has no idea what he's doing. It's your job to keep him alive, despite his best efforts.
How does your game tie into the theme?
You play as a ghost who can haunt objects (move them, trap chests etc.) to help Timmy on his adventure.

The art style and the audio is nice! The concept is really interesting! I really like the idea of editing the environment to change the behavior of the NPCs I can’t seem to affect more than one thing at a time and am stuck on the second level. Overall looks good so far!
Fun little puzzle game. The puzzles took some getting used to, but once I started figuring them out it felt rewarding.
Cool and original puzzle game. However, the controls weren't very clear and for some reason I could control timmy and make him dodge stuff with the wasd keys. Not sure if that was intended. Anyway, good work.
Very original idea! It was a bit hard to figure out how to play the game at the start but once I did I felt like this game was very rewarding! Well done! You've made a very good puzzle game with a nice wholesome experience.
Really Love the Idea, the art style and the humor.
A little more time in level design should have been spent on it, to help player understand what everything does
You could add more tutorials explaining what to do, or just make it easier. I think the trough the teeth card dis making it alot more difficult than it needs to be. The art style is just amazing, but i think that the dialogue box could be just a bit more decorated. Audio is also perfect, love the background song and the talking sound. Overall a solid game.
Thanks for the in depth feedback! I definitely didn't do a good enough job of explaining how to play in the tutorial, I'll keep that in mind for next time. I think it's okay if the game is hard, but I wanted it to be because the puzzles are challenging not because it's not clear how to play.
Could use a little more tutorial or a more gradual learning curve. I almost quit on the first puzzle, but I'm glad I stuck with it! Very rewarding once I figured it out

I'm glad you stuck with it and enjoyed the game! I realized fairly late that the game was difficult because it was confusing to work out what you should do rather than because the puzzles were hard, which I didn't want. Unfortunately it looks like I wasn't able to solve that completely.
I think the blue squares for remaining ghost powers weren't super clear in the UI, it took me a couple levels to realize what those were. And maybe make an easy puzzle just to teach each new mechanic as you add them, then follow up with the challenging puzzles that use that new mechanic.
I liked the game. Very simple, good story, decent puzzles. A wholesome experience. Some text was off screen but ultimately wasn't relevant to the solutions. And the dialog sounds were jarring compared to the calm music.
Thanks for the nice comment! I've added a message to the description telling players to turn down the SFX volume because a few people have said that about the dialogue sounds - it was a last minute addition so I didn't properly test it.
I really enjoy the idea of the game, but wasn't able to figure out what exactly I was supposed to do. I think the lying through the teeth wild card might make that more challenging, but maybe could be avoided if there was more feedback as to what would happen when the ghost haunts an object, or what that even does?
Thanks for the feedback. I realized near the end that it was a bit confusing what you're supposed to do so I added a bunch of QoL features to try to make it clearer (highlighting the objects you can interact with, adding tooltips to some objects, adding dialogue to tell you not to listen to Timmy). I guess it still wasn't enough - I'll keep that in mind for next time.
I love the idea of the grandpa guiding silly little Timmy on the quest for revenge, really original. Once you get the hang of it, the gameplay is really fun, a lot of trial and error but very rewarding once you figure it out. I had a bit of a hard time noticing the markers for actions, I noticed that I can only make one change in the beginning, but did not know why.
The only real issue I had was the typing sound for the dialog, that was really hard on the ears straight at the beginning, especially compared to the soothing music.
Thanks for the feedback, glad you enjoyed it! I turned down the music volume at the last minute because it was too loud and you couldn't hear the dialogue sounds, but I guess I went too far the other way.
Really liked the idea on this one, but I think I'm too dumb as I couldn't get past the second screen with the bow and arrow. Super fun though, would definitely revisit with more time.
Thanks for playing! I maybe made it too hard, it helps if you realize that everything Timmy says is wrong, so if he suggests something you should probably do the opposite (thanks to the "Through the Teeth" wildcard).
I kinda figured out the lying after the first screen. I may have just been too worn out to think lol. I felt like I tried everything available to me with the one energy, so I may just be lacking in brain capacity 😛
