A bit loose on the theme maybe, but I absolutely ADORE the core mechanic. Feels like there's a lot of untapped potential here! Also, great job on the overall presentation. Definitely one of my favorites this jam. :)

As others mentioned, it took me a bit to figure out that jumping triggered the rocks. Once I figured that out, though, I was kind of expecting a level where I had to be really careful when and how I jumped or the level would be stuck, but never really experienced that.
That said, this was a cool idea, and I especially like the level where you kind of had to ride a rock down and move it over to get through. There’s definitely a lot of potentially here that I’m sure would make continuing on this project worthwhile.
Nice job!
Cool concept and a fun game. As someone else mentioned, it took me a little while to realize that only full jumps would trigger rocks. I also ran into a bug in the second room where the rock landed on the corner of the character and got stuck there but didn't kill me, so I couldn't complete the room. Because this was before you introduced R as restart, I ended up just reloading the page. Very nice variety of puzzles and good sound effects.
This is probably my favorite game I've played so far in this jam. I think the mechanic you came up with was fantastic. It made for some really fun levels. I think the last two were particularly creative. I wish the game had been longer because I bet you could come up with a large amount of interesting levels. I also really enjoyed the art style.
Overall, great job! This was a really fun game. :)
Thanks so much for playing! Yeah I really like the idea behind the main mechanic for the game but ran out of time to really get into making some interesting levels!
I hope to one day expand the game into something larger, maybe a metroidvania with multiple gems and different powers that expand on the mechanic.
This was cool! It took me a while to figure out that jumping is what made a falling rock fall (sometimes? I think?) but impressive otherwise. I played until I got stuck (see screenshot)
Thanks for playing! Yeah the rocks fall each time you jump (unless it's a tiny jump) and only spawn if there isn't already a rock coming from that specific spawner.
Ah yes. You can restart each level by hitting 'R' which I tried to teach earlier in the game but I definitely could have done it better!
Thanks for the feedback
Nice graphics
Got stuck in one of the levels, not sure how to controls rocks. I once managed to move it, but then was crushed by it
Thanks for playing! That's so strange I've never hit and issue with controlling the boulder at all. Just to double check you're on the level with the green gem and once you've collected the gem and a new boulder spawns you can move it with the arrow keys?
If so can I ask if you're on pc or Mac? I'd love to try recreate this and get a fix sorted!
