Liked the protagonist, and the special ability. The level design and the tiling may need some work.
Other than that, I enjoyed playing it.
Thanks!
I love the idea and the art! Great job for a first game jam. :-) The biggest con, though, was the controls: I had a lot of trouble controlling the jump, and getting the attack.
I agree. Thanks for the feedback.
The intro/thumbnail makes the game seem like it'll be amateur, but it's actually pretty cute inside.
Yeah, I got pretty rushed last minute. Thanks for the feedback!
Fun, though a little tricky and unpolished :) I wish I'd noticed you could dash repeatedly like others have said, that would have saved me quite some hassle :P
I need to get better at making games. This was my second. Thanks for the feedback!
Even though it's a little rough around the edges, I absolutely loved running around and exploring the levels. Platforming was a little floaty and the dash worked pretty well, except there was nothing stopping me from just yamming it repeatedly and shooting across the level. Music was very calming and jelly boy was very cute too.
I appreciate that :)
Fun little game, I like the main character. Attacking felt a bit awkward at times.
Thanks for the feedback!
Cute little platformer. Though I think you set the game's background music as spatial audio (AudioStreamPlayer2D). If that wasn't inteded, try using the normal AudioStreamPlayer for the soundtrack
Thanks! Now I know. ^-^
