I absolutely love the art style, great job with it! I think some atmospheric sound would really make it shine. I agree with the comments about the controls, it would also add a lot to the experience to refine them. Really cool game!

I Sincerely appreciate the direct and frank notes.

I agree with the comment that the jumping feels a bit floaty. I also think it might be beneficial to be able to back away without turning around.   The music is simple but sets a good tone. nice job. good luck if you decide to expand on it.

Thanks for the note! You're both right. . . and giving the player a way to back up is an excellent idea.  salute!

Love love love the art style of this. I wish the movement/jumping didn't feel quite so floaty, I think tuning that would go a long way toward making this feel more polished. I appreciate that there is what I think is a bit of a puzzle in there in getting the lift to go, but I don't actually know what I did to make it work haha.

Great job, you should polish this up, I would definitely play more.

Thanks!!
I can see what you mean about the floaty movement, great note.  There are soo many little things I did't get a chance to add, making the 'lift' action more obvious was definitely one.  Thanks for your final note, I want to participate in a few more jams over the coming months but  will step  back and add to this at some point..

Cool, dirty artstyle. All in all looks like a solid start.
