Amazing graphics, the game looked gorgeous! The character animation was nicely done, too.
Conceptually, I like the idea of a third-person tower defense game with some platforming, but the gameplay frustrated me. I think the waves came too fast for me to realistically make it over to any of the "better" dice roll stations and bring the dice back in time to be useful. I was getting consistently annoyed with failing my platform jumps, because that meant time wasted and increased my odds of dying.
I also wished I had some kind of minimap to observe what was going on in the defense lane so I could have an idea of how much time I really had to pull off moves.
Good effort!
Nice looking game, I had low framerates too, although I understand there wasn't enough time to optimize :) Liked the concept altogether, way to go guys!
Thank you for the comment! We actually have made a build with better optimization, we will release it after the jam ends ^^
The graphics are great but a bit too much for my system, I was lagging. I think I like what you were going for but the act of running to the dice and placing them every time you shoot was too overwhelming. I think it could be better if this was actual tower defense where you can just place the dice once and it will continue to shoot enemies. The character reminds me of gaige and maya from borderlands 2 hehe.
ooo I like that idea of having a tower constantly shoot in that formation, but the player might need to change it depending on what enemies come down. I think this would lower the complexity as the better dice pools would have to be gone, otherwise players would just get a 9 dice and keep it there. Alternatively each dice could have like 5 uses?
Either way thank you for the comment!
The graphics and gameplay looks amazing! Nicely done :)
FOUND THE MILK!!!
Visually, the game looks stunning.
It took me a few deaths to wrap my head around the mechanics but it's pretty intense, having to run up and grab the proper dice and having to quickly rotate them while running back. Decision making is the most important part of "fun" in games imo and having to decide whether to risk running to a farther spawner or use the weaker dice I have next to me to delay the inevitable was always intense and fun.
Top notch design!

An actually creative game idea for the theme! I definitely see this as a sort of puzzle room inside of a game.
The art looks incredible. The highlight of the game and genuinely impressive it looks this good with the short amount of time you had. The gameplay is on the weaker side though, it leaves a lot to be desired
Game is pretty fun and the artstyle and lighting was great too.
The game looks really good, on the level of full 3D games, however the gameplay itself is really weak and is not fun at all. Plus I die before I can even find a cube with needed dots.
Game is fun! I like the main character design reminds me of borderlands!
Great graphics
This looks absolutely gorgeous and it's ridiculous y'all were able to make all the art during the jam. Seriously, great work. It just seems like the actual gameplay was over scoped and the idea doesn't really come across.
