Wow, it's like you had the foresight to know the exact kind of game about a third of people would be making for this jam (tiled game about a rotating cube) and asked "How can I twist that into something that's original and interesting?" I actually really enjoyed this -- great idea and clever puzzles.
Really nice puzzle game! The concept was super creative and the levels were challenging and well thought-out. The visuals were simple but effective. Great work!
Great puzzle game! The design is clever and the art is cool, well done!
This was great experience! I loved when the A-HA momenta occured while you try to figure out the puzzle. Great job!
Really cool! The limited movement space for the dice was really clever. It creates a very interesting gameplay loop that made me play all the way through even though it took me WAY more than the "gold star" number of rolls to finish.
Excellent work on this!
Hey, thanks for checking out my game! Congrats on making it all the way through - it ended up being harder than I wanted it to be, so finishing the last few levels at all is an achievement!
This is a fantastic little puzzle platformer! This is the best use of the die as a puzzle mechanic I've seen thus far in the jam. The art is effective, and pip is adorable. Very well done.
Thanks for playing my game, it's great to hear you enjoyed it :)
You really nailed the controls and feel of the character, it's fun to just move and jump around. The die part is pretty challenging to figure out, it takes a while but you get there :)
The art is simple but still really nice.
Thanks for checking out my game! I'm glad you appreciated the platformer controls; I spent much longer tuning and tweaking them than I expected it to take
Cool Idea!
This is by far the most innovative idea I've seen in this jam. When dice positions starts to change it gets a little too complex but I think this game is beautiful. Also art and sound design very well too :)
Pip is a super cute character and a great name for a game considering the theme! Great job, I definitely found myself more prone to moving around randomly to try and make things work. I think the idea is really cool though and has room for iterating on it!
nice idea but i think it could be better implemented because at the end i was just walking and hoping for the dice to match the one i needed.
Hey, thank you for playing my game, and thanks for the feedback! I've just added a hint to the game page about this; a trick for working out which face will show up on the dice in some of the harder levels. But you're right that a lot of the time in the middle levels you can get there with guesswork alone and there could have been something more in the game to address this
