Loved the central mechanic! Movement and solving the puzzles also felt really fun and satisfying!
Thanks for playing!
really fun and pretty polished! basically a finished game, wow. the mechanic with different mouse buttons controlling different circles is quite unique and could be utilized further somehow…
you even could start first levels only with one circle control available, to establish the mechanic.
Thanks for the insight!
Cool, i loved your circuit idea
Thanks! Your game is great too. Loved the puzzles!
Really nice game to pick up and understand, after seeing the solution to puzzle 3, I feel like the rest of the game clicked for me!
That's great! Glad you enjoyed it!
The mechanic is very well done and it reminds me of simple mobile games on the App Store back in the day!
Simple and fun! I wasn't able to get too far (I suck at these type of games) but I enjoyed it anyway!!
Thanks for playing! Glad you liked it!
Fits perfectly with the theme clever design. Love the game!
I totally agree with all the other comments: the simple visuals were really effective, the death animation is so satisfying, the music fit perfectly and I spent a very enjoyable 15 minutes playing this game! Think it would a great mobile puzzle game
Good to know! Glad you liked it!
how do ibeat level 3
ty
Ooooooh I was struggling with this one too, that makes a lot of sense
The music is firee. As an engineer and game lover this game is so good. Please free to check out our game Loop Cuisine too. <3
very nice unique idea! I think the music also fits the mood. Love the game over effect when you touch the spike!
It was just a bit hard for me to get the hang of the controls.
Yeah I tried a couple different control schemes but couldn't find one I loved. Glad you liked it though!
Awesome little puzzle game. Had fun working through the levels. Good work!
Loved it ! Every aspect of this puzzle game is great. Levels, progression, animations, gameplay.
The music turned a bit repetitive, but I still liked the choice of it as it doesn't stress the player as most jam games do.
Very fun and nicely executed being a solo dev, very creative
Very interesting idea, and some great visuals. That death animation especially is an absolute delight.
If you're doing a post jam build, I think giving the spikes a little bit of a smaller hitbox would go a long way.
Great to hear! Not sure about the "great visuals" as I didn't actually even make any assets for my game just the basic shapes, though the simple theme seemed to feel pretty good. Tried making the spikes more forgiving but broke certain levels by allowing you to reach places your not supposed to. Better solution would probably be to visually make them larger so they seem more forgiving without actually changing anything.
I think the way the chain breaks into the little circles on death does a great job at communicating the game feel. Regardless of it being minimalist, the style is really cohesive, and I think that's the most important.
Yeah that's a good point regarding spike sizes, always a bit tricky to get the feel right, and avoid it breaking things you've already built.
Very creative and very fun! I would absolutely play an extended version of this game on my phone to pass the time. Good puzzles. I enjoyed!
That's good to hear! After making it I realized it seemed like a good game for mobile and I might make a more polished and extended version in the future.
What a cool game! Loved the style and the difficulty curve on this one! Nicely done!
Thanks so much!
