Woah , great stuff, always tough and bold to tackle multiple minigames for a game jam but lovely stuff and great art wise to

I loved the fact that the theme was reversed, like, at first, you imagine soemone stuck in a loop that wants to get out, but this is the complete reverse and i love it!

Thanks, glad you liked it!

Really cool narrative and collection of minigames, came back for a few afterwards! Also I think the artwork is on point.

Thanks a lot!

Very cute, I like the story, the minigames were neat though some of them were executed a bit weirdly like the newspaper one and the difficulty didn't really scale, but very fun!

Developer

Thank you! Not sure what you mean by "difficulty doesn't scale", the point requirements do increase after every day. If you mean that the games are uneven in difficulty, I fully agree though, that definitely needs some rebalancing :D

Submitted(+1)

Yeah that's what I meant, the point requirements are there but the minigames could be re-balanced in that regard.

This one had a really nice story/narrative too it and I enjoyed how silly it was. I didn't get to play all the minigames, so I'll just talk about the one I enjoyed the most and the one I enjoyed the least. I really enjoyed the one where you have to hit the man with the mic. That one got a couple of laughs outta me. I didn't care for the bad news minigame and would have preferred to type the words instead.  Regardless, I hada  great time playing.

Developer

Thank you! Yeah, I can see the newspaper one being a bit divisive, though we intentionally wanted all the games to be mouse-only and this one in particular to be more focused on pattern recognition than on pure speed. But yeah, with 9 mini-games, there's bound to be some that people like more and some that people like less.

A nice narrative with a lot of good minigames! Nicely done!

Hey team, saw you in the discord & I'm glad I did. I love Phil & aspire to keep the human male from finding inner peace. Though I wasn't able to cause enough mischief with the shoelaces a few times over, I hope to one day fulfill Phil's dream. Congrats on a good jam!

Developer

Haha, thanks! Yeah, shoelace game is definitely one of the tougher ones. We'll probably do a balancing patch after the jam to make Phil's life a bit easier!
