I had no idea what I was doing for a bit, but once I figured it out I had some fun though I think I'm still a bit confused about what I'm supposed to be doing when the bot is in the actual battle area. The presentation is really impressive, placing things on the grid feels satisfying and responsive. I dont think I could make a prototype that looks and feels this good in 4 months let alone 4 days. Fantastic work

Thanks for your nice review!!! We are a team of two so we could easily split between coding and art. We had fun working on it and i guess you can see that in the final result 🙃.

We wanted the player to focus on the building part, is more of a loopty loop automation game so you don't really need to be concerned about the robot. You only need to think about where it lands. The longer it spends in the war zone the more enemies you kill thus the more conveyor belts you have to increase/improve the upgrade process.

It took a couple loops but once I figured out what was going on, I really enjoyed it! I can see it becoming a minigame as-is or a full game fleshed out with more levels

Developer

💪 great to hear ! Happy you enjoyed our little game ^^

Might be my favourite manifestation of the Loop theme in a mechanic so far. Assembly line to deployment is a loop I could see myself get addicted to. Could totally expand into a full fledged game!!

Developer

🥹 Thank you for this nice compliment !!!

really cool! I like that you can change the belts mid-build to get extra stuff/end in a different place

Thanks! I'm glad you figured out the advanced strat :)

Insane game, really interesting and we had a lot of fun. I just didn't really know  how to win or what the goal is. But well done, the 3d is really nice and the concept original (I love the fact that you've written loop with the numbers haha)

The idea is simple and easy to learn. Great art and sound effects! I wish there was some way to guide the bot once it's on the warzone, though.

Thanks for playing! :D

This is a sick concept for a game, love the factory game combination!

Developer

Awesome, glad you liked it!

Super cool low-poly visuals. Interesting concept, but I think there are too many loops — you don't die fast enough. Well done!

Developer

Thank you! Good feedback! We decided to make the game a little more forgiving because it's for a GameJam, but it would be interesting to further develop this!
