This game didn’t quite hit for me unfortunately, but its possibly because the enemy spawn rate initially is really slow. I have the following feedback on things I felt could be better:
The background is way too bright and draws too much attention. For a long time, I thought that I had to collect those background confetti objects to grow until I realized that you just grew over time by default.
The bullets could be a bit bigger. Some hit SFX would also be neat.
The camera could be more zoomed out initially since a lot of the enemies weren’t visible.
The dash ability felt a bit stiff.
I’m not sure if this was a bug, but one time I randomly collided into an enemy and we were just kinda chilling together.
The particle effect explosion when an enemy dies was quite nice though! I think the main thing working against this game is that the balancing is a bit off, but that’s always hard to get right in a game jam. I think this was a good attempt, just probably not my cup of tea!

Love the visuals, I think the camera needs to zoom out a little more in the beginning. I killed several enemies before I even saw them, I just saw the explosions. Speaking of, the explosions are great. Add some screen shake and sound effects and I think you'd have a really exciting energetic game! Well done!

Fun game! It is cool that your player scales up over time. The enemies get really big too! I think it would be nice to have some visual or audio feedback when you are getting hit or damaging enemies. Some enemy variety would be great too. I also thought the ui was kind of big and it takes a while for enemies to spawn at the beginning. You have a really nice system here and I hope you will expand it. Great work!
Really cool! although at first i thought i was supposed to collect the little glowing squares. took me a bit to realise that it was just a background
I really like how simple yet colorful the art style is. I felt that the pace of the game needed to be a bit faster, but otherwise it was fun.
Quite a fun game ! A bit slow in the beginning but starts to be more thrilling as you go on ! Love it :)
This game, although slow in the start, becomes very thrilling as you start needing to dodge and weave through enemies! Overall enjoyment is maxed out!
Nice! I managed to level my orb up to level 12, functional lil bullet storm! I think I was able to cap-out my fire-rate after a few upgrades which was a little strange since I really felt like I needed the fire-power in the latter half. I also wasn't quite sure what exactly causes the player to shrink/grow?
