lots of nice juice makes for a very polished experience, though i do think the sound effects are a bit quiet in comparison to the music. a surprising number of levels too considering they're quite well designed. bonus points for getting itch to call it a gnome game
Really liked how well designed the levels felt, the way you introduced new mechanics and grew the complexity of puzzles slowly throughout the game. I do think the character controller felt a bit floaty and was a bit difficult to get used to at first. Also I should add, visually you did great! Love the use of the 2D lighting!
A little hard sometimes but it was really polished and solid!
Very nice graphics with gorgeous lighting! Loved the soundtrack too!
Loved the dynamism on transitions and fast-paced feels. Nice one!
I like the game, music, etc has a lot of polish and i love that. Well done :). If you have some free time please rate and look at our submission. :)
The concept is simple. I was rather unimpressed at first, BUT you elaborated a very clever level design with varied traps without introducing too many different rules.
Nicely done!
Nice game :) Very good tutorial!
The movement was... not the kind I like.
The game was beautiful but had a little too much particles for me (transformation).
I would have liked to have checkpoints to not have to restart the levels every time I died.
I loved it. <3
Surprisingly long game. I gave up on the "Be Patient" level after 43 deaths.
The movement controls and graphics are amazing, I really liked this game!!
it has some nice polish and a decent amount of levels, but it's not the most finessed platformer, and that saps a lot of the potential enjoyment out of it. it's missing the essentials like coyote time and land buffering, the level design isn't the most inspired, and the jump physics are very floaty and odd. for encultured players, it's difficult not to notice how these dramatically affect the game feel. the main mechanic isn't the most original take on the theme, either. that said, it does have some nice blooming visuals and a fairly extensive tutorial, which reminds me of old flash games in a way. still, it's an impressive endeavour for 96 hours and not the worst game by any means.
