Nice chill game, the idea is cool and art is very nice! :D

visuals are amazing and super cute, great job. I'm sorry but I just didn't get it, the screen is too big and makes it hard to navigate. I saw the screenshots I checked  comments here and still didn't get it, my bad.

Great concept! Felt a lot like animal crossing and was super cozy :) The controls where a bit rough and level 2 craps out half way through with the second ant, but it really feels like a side effect of the jam.  I'd love to see a polished ver of this game! It's super cute and I would def pay money to play. Good work!

Great concept, I've never seen this before, which is awesome! I love the artstyle, it looks incredibly polished. I was fighting a little bit with the validation and room placement, as sometimes it would validate, but fail to place the room (even though the correct room was in the correct other room), and going back into the room I couldn't validate again. I had to reset the room.  But bugs are the name of the game in a jam, so no problems here :P

Another thing I ran into was a money issue, I think? At some point I got stuck placing furniture because I didn't have enough money, even though I'm not sure how that could be, as I don't think you have a lot of choice regarding the money you spend, right?

Anyway, I would love to see this game fleshed out more into a full little game, would be great and very soothing to play :)

Based on the description, it sounds really really cool and relaxing! Im not sure if I just did not understand the controls or what to do, but I wasn't able to really progress much. Either way, well done, I think it just needs some general polish to make everything very clear.

If you'd like to give it another try, I've uploaded some screenshots to explain how to change the house's "size" (more like the house's scale). That's probably what's holding you back, it turned out very confusing without a tutorial... Basically you need to click on the tabs on the catalog where you can choose the furniture: it changes the house's scale and you have to match the animal's size.
Anyway, thank you for playing our game despite the technical difficulties!

Ill absolutely try again! Thanks!

Congrats! The art is really cool, and the idea is great =]

Very pleasing Visuals. Sadly the game window was scaled very big on web which made it hard to play

It super cute but I have some unpleasant bugs which didn't allow me to play:(

Having trouble playing playing on Windows/Chrome, love the name though!

very cute and clever, i had to buy more than all the items to validate the level but not a big bug

The style is really cute, but I couldn't place furniture for the tamanoire. I tried everything I could, but couldn't understand what I had to do.

That's absolutely so cuuuuuute ♥ Lovely ♥

Loved your art! The game stopped working at some point, and it was hard to tell why.

So cute! Looked pretty polished, I had some scaling issues which made playing quite difficult. Good work!

Got an error and couldn't play in it using Arc (Chromium) on Mac:

I'll notify the devs about it... someone had the same issue (not sure if they were on Arc or not) and managed to play but not sure why. Sorry about this!

Once you uploaded your Godot web version on itch, you must check the "SharedArrayBuffer support(Experimental) This may break parts of the page or your project. Only enable if you know you need it." box, under "Embed options" or "Frame Options"

Having houses inside of houses is a really cool idea. I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to play at first, but I figured it out eventually. I think adding more decorations to place down and better personalize the rooms would be a good idea. Great job!

Could you rate my game? https://itch.io/jam/gmtk-2024/rate/2903767

Hi! I'm happy you liked the concept of the game and managed to play a bit despite the lack of instructions...
I would have loved to make more furniture, and if we keep working on the game I'll definitely will!
And I'll give your game a go :) Have a nice day!
