How does your game fit the theme?
I tried to build the world to scale by making buildings accurate to the player's size and also giving you a comically small jump. The world is so small to show insignificance, hence the title.

This is a nice game though I wish we could see how much money we had in the corner or something.

very emotional story, liked the funny jump

The platforming was a little bit caught between easy and too hard.
I think with the lack of air control and speed, maybe a slightly more forgiving platforming style couldve worked better, perhaps hopping over debris where otherwise you wouldnt have the speed for the next gap?

I couldnt make the jumps because the game lagged and they were so precise, sorry T_T

Developer

Yeah, my fault, I tried to make the background sound pitch shift, which caused it to lag every time it replayed. It doesn't even shift either :(

This is fixed on the Windows build, it's a WebGL thing

The jumping is too difficult to crack because the player is too small already and the jump distance is also neck on neck. Also in the start you can maybe point at the person on the left so that the player can know they have to go talk to them first.

Thanks for making this

Developer

Since it was so short I thought I should make it difficult so people still play it for a while, but looking back it was definitely the wrong call. Thanks for playing, though!

The pitfalls were really hard to cross. I died a million times trying to get to the market.

Everyone usually jumps too early because they don't realise there's coyote time. Also you can drive over the one and two block gaps if that helps. I did make it way too difficult though

Love the dialogue, fun and interesting tiny game :D

A small and silly game. A tip since you also use godot disable the resize option when exporting for the game. I did the same mistake the game looks off if someone as their browser at 90% zoom or something similar

Developer

Thanks for the tip!
