For 48 hours, that was a pretty kewl game! I was confused to start off on how to actually engage with enemies but eventually figure out that there's a hitscan collision system and auto attacking for all characters within a certain range. I wonder what would happen if you had a character or ability to heal occasionally after a certain number of waves (like its a healer who rarely heals or a time-based healing ability).

The animations were great! The collision and my knight moving a million miles away was hilarious XD but I'm guessing that was a bug or a feature you plan on changing? If not, fair enough.

Great game buddo! Nice work :] !

Really addicting game! Pretty well made.

Pretty fun once I realised I could attack rather than just run away haha. I used the enemy archer to kill the other starter enemy and then just ran for my life.

Nice job, as others have said it would have been nice to be able to choose a hero to spawn.

Very nice game! I like the visuals, very solid and appealing style. Sound desing is awesome, well-balanced and abundant. Idea is nice, simple but very ambitious. I feel like it lacks some mechanic to get more control over the guards, like being able to place them in fomation with mouse between waves, or give commands to gather or scatter, or something else. Now it's kinda possible with bumping into rocks, but it's certainly not intended. It feels important because cornering the enemy from different sides feels essential and powerful, but there's no much possibility to do so in a controllable way. Aside from that, I really enjoyed my time playing this game, great job!

Pretty cool game, but just like others have said, being able to choose a hero to spawn would've been nice.

Awh I love the cute style of the characters.

Amazing for only 48 hours! :) Very cool game you made there! Would be cool to have more options beside rally & defend. Like a choice on which hero you get, In these kind of games I personally like to go for more ranged options instead of the melee ones, and now it was random which is completely fine! :) since it's just for a gamejam!

Took me a moment to figure out what even I was supposed to do, but it pretty quickly made sense. I wish there were more options than “Rally & Defend”. I agree with another commenter that it would fun to be able to choose who you add, maybe between a couple of random choices each round.

I’m not sure how I felt about how easy it was to split up the party. It was useful at times, but at other times it happened accidentally and felt awkward.

Overall a fun little retro game!

Great little game for 48 hours! Obliviously if you had more time it would be flushed out but it's still solid! Great choice on art and music!

Pretty good game! The SFX and the music are well chosen for the frantic, fast-paced combat, and the art does a pretty good job as well. I think the lack of choice in the gameplay is my biggest criticism. Being able to, say, choose between different troops, change their formation, upgrade them, and even manually attack with them would've added some much-needed depth to the game. As-is, though, I still had a good time destroying the monsters and protecting the king, so good job!
