How does your game fit the theme?
You're playing a visual novel, but not as the main character(MC), but rather the dialogue box of the MC. Normally the MC makes decisions- controlling the dialogue box to say what they want and create their intended story, but now as the dialogue box, you take away their say in their actions- twisting them until they have no control. Instead of being the MC trying to win a dating game, you now must ruin it. There's also some role reversal involving ducks and humans.

Fun concept and great execution! Well done, ducks
Love this game idea! MC looked most adorable in his tie^^
I would like to say the same, my personal favorite is him with a censored bar.
this is a ducking fun visual novel. great job!
10/10 storytelling, and very unique take on the theme of the jam!
Excellent.
very entertaining visual novel
I actually had a quackin good time with this, even though I do feel bad for the poor MC. A great concept with great execution!
Thank you! And nice duck pun. :)
Holy paper, this is by far the hardest I've laughed in any GMTK game I've played so far!
The idea of changing MC's dialogue is incredible, and the humor of this game is excellent!
There really isn't much more to say than I surprisingly enjoyed this visual novel, a genre, that I would normally overlook easily. Good job!
I feel deeply sorry for what happened to Roro :(Ok, there is one piece of criticism I hate. I wish it was a bit more obvious, when you needed to delete options. There seemed to be 2 moments in the game, where it's possible, and the last time you have such a big choice, for some reason it's no longer delete options thing, making it much more confusing...
Otherwise, a perfect visual novel!
Thank you so much! And woah. you got the Roro ending!
(I feel bad for him too...)
Thank you also for your criticism! I agree that the destroying options were a bit confusing. I think next time, if we had more time to make this, I would have programmed just a UI to appear around the screen just to warn that it's a destroy options thing.I clicked on this entirely based on the title and was not disappointed, it was very funny! Still can't figure out how to get more than two endings (unless choosing not to play counts as an ending, I guess). This dialog box has no idea how good it has it, though, since this duck is by far not the most insufferable VN protagonist I've encountered xD
I'm glad you enjoyed! Choosing not to play does not count as an ending (all endings have an ending card). I'm considering possibly just adding a brief ending guide note in the description.
i guess u can say we really ducked their life
Some might say duck your love
Very funny :D I struggled a bit with removing choices, the reversal of picking options meant I removed the worst one first but that just made me want to play again so...
Nice work creating a VN with multiple endings in such a short time!
Thank you have you found out how to get the 4the ending?
Not yet, still working at it :D
Thank you! We realized the choice removal can get a bit confusing, but I'm glad you were still able to enjoy it anyways!
I thoroughly enjoyed this game. It has a nice sense of humor
Glad you enjoyed! Thanks for playing!
I was laughing out loud. Great work!
Thank you! We had to pull every funny bone out of our skeletons for this one :).
this game changed my life!
It changed mine as well. I lack sleep. :)
