Interesting concept. As others have pointed out, this needs some rebalancing and there seem to be a few bugs sprinkled in and having an UI that explains stuff a bit more would definitely help. With some more work, I think this could turn into a fun little strategy game.

It feels good to be evil! :D Love the twist of you being the escape room. Very clean game design, tense music works really well with the atmosphere, Overall great experience!
Your game was in my queue for reviews, so I'll take it seriously)
Cool concept, but it seems to me that the balance of the traps did not work out, and therefore the game does not work as intended. Any level is passed by brute force of the cheapest freezer. The rest of the activities do not slow down the players so valuable in relation to the energy expended. And preventing all players from leaving the room within a given period sounds like an unrealistic task with the available arsenal of obstacles.
Nevertheless, it's cool that you managed to make a working build in just 2 days. I also noticed that the chosen sounds and visual style really create a cold atmosphere of the horror escape room, in this part the magic of the game really works.
Cool that you participated in the jam, guys, and good luck in future projects!
It's nice to see same concept idea with a different way of making it in a game. Instead of being an employee, you are the room! Very nice game.
We actually had this same idea of a reverse escape room in our brainstorming, it’s cool to see someone execute it! :D I like how you have to consider the different attributes of the NPCs. I didn’t like how long I had to wait before using an ability though. I think it would be more interesting to use abilities more often, but maybe make them less impactful to compensate.
A very interesting concept. I've been to a few escape rooms myself and I imagine this is what running them is like.
SPOILERS:
Poor Jennifer, though; she did nothing to deserve all those shocks.
This is a super interesting idea, and the thought of an escape room purposely trying to keep you inside certainly is one that makes you feel like you are playing the villain
Wow that was challenging. But it was really fun to strategize according to their weaknesses once I got the main idea of the game. Also art and music are really nice too.
Nice art and music, the gameplay was a little frustrating as it was difficult to figure out what to do and not really being able to see the traps was offputting. The idea has potential though, nice work!
I think its little too hard but it is enjoyble because of the great art and sfxs
Good Work
Great Idea and really well made. Love the art and the sounds design. Very difficult though. It felt like you couldn't really activate much. However, that seems like a skill issue and doesn't take away from how well this game meshes. Nice work!
A very interesting idea. It's a little complicated to figure out, but overall cool.
i love the idea that you have to save their lives rather than you being the villain! although the game was a bit confusing to play for me since you cant really see where you placed your traps. also, the way you move the camera is a bit finicky. id prefer to have the camera zoomed out to fit the entire room imo
but besides that, i love the idea and story! 5 stars on creativity from me :)
