Cool visuals, nice music, and good core mechanic! I had a really nice time with it, great work!

I love the visuals. The basic idea reminds me of skyblock. Never actually though of it as a seperate game but now I think it could be interesting.

Nice game with interesting mechanics, wanting it to be polished a bit, because it has potential!

this is a very pretty game. I liked the weird cutout characters in the 3d world. I had a few issues where I kept getting flung off of islands but it is a jam game and you made it IN 3D WHICH IS CRAZY! I am impressed that you have anything, let alone something of this quality, good work!

Well that was cute, I like the idea of using a hook to go to the other islands. Art style was nice and unique. It was fun , but I quickly grew confused as I went to (tried to) all the islands and nothing happened. I think some simple clean up could make this a sweet little game.

Problems and suggestions:

Have the cowboy be able to jump? I couldn't make it to some islands due to height, I also kept sliding off the island when hit due to momentum it was frustrating, so maybe lock the character or let the player run in the opposite direction to save themselves.

  • Add a how to play screen?
  • Make the text/dialogue clicked based. I had to die to reread it lol.
  • Maybe add cursor/ cross hair for aiming. Don't have the rope charge up  same as the colour as the sky.
  • Lower the sensitivity of the mouse?
  • For ending/goal, have the player gather all the islands into one big island. Or talk to all cut-outs and when all done you learn how to return to earth?

Thank you for playing! Due to time constraints, we had some difficulties in adding these important features, but we can assure you that in our next update, these issues will be fixed and the game will be a more enjoyable experience! Thank you for your feedback! :D

This seems like a really fun concept!

However to anyone under Linux, esp. with more than one monitor, it will probably not work. Whenever my mouse exited the window, I couldn't look around anymore.

Developer

Oh, I'm sorry you had to face that issue. We'll try to fix this in our upcoming builds. Thank you for playing!

having played a few other Unity based submissions, it appears to maybe be an issue with either the newest wine (the thing with which you can run windows programs on Linux/Mac/BSD/etc) or the newest Unity versions; since it happened with a few of the other ones as well.

Anyway, if there's anything I can do to help investigate / fix the issue let me know ^^

Developer

Oh alright. Thank you for sharing that! We'll surely get back to you if need more help solving this bug!
