Loved the music, the idea and the art, found the controls just a little fiddly but really enjoyed it :)
This was pretty cool. I like the visuals. The game has a very crisp look to it. And you definitely get that lost/alone in space vibe when you're out there maneuvering around. The controls could use some further refinement. There was also a time when I hit the station and the ship would spin around an invisible anchor point. Perhaps a physics defect?
I love the ship models and Its a cool take on the theme.
Though I feel like there could have been a little tutorial at the start as it took me some time to figure everything out.
It an interesting and relax experience! :)
took some time to find out where to dock, but was I enjoyed it ^^
Hi, how do I contact you. I am from NGA 2022, and you have submitted a game. Please email me at sankeethan.sivachandran@startntnu.no
It was more of a comtemplative experience rather than a space simulation for me since I just couldn't pilot this mothership properly, but it was fun nonetheless! I may be wrong, but maybe if the player could switch between third person mode and first person mode, it'd be easier to understand how to pilot it. Overall, well done!
Thansk for the comment!!
We wanted to make more camera movement, but it was quite difficult due the ammount of time we had. Anyway, there's a small FPV camera on screen, you can look at both!
Thanks again!
Well...it teaches me that I shouldn't drive spaceships.
Nice game! I know its not a lot of development time, but smokepuffs could be used to tell which engines were used. Had a hard time seeing what engine I was using when it was away from the camera
Hahahahaha don't worry you are not the only one (myself included) x'DDDD
PD: +1 on the engines feedback. We will keep it in mind for next games.
I really could have used a tutorial
We really wanted to do more, but the time constraints were very tight. Thank you for your feedback, we kindly appreciate it :)
Really cool, great execution super smooth. Could maybe have benefitted from labelling the boosters with what button activates it using UI, found that I got the ship all turned around and didn't know what way was up. but other than that a really cool and fun game.
Hi, thank you very much for the comment! Yeah, having some UI to know which engine are you activating was planned, but we didn't have time finally!
Fun, but it gets old quite fast.
