This game definitely fits the theme. The style and color choices are really smart and make the game read well and be understood and digested quickly. You definitely succeeded if your goals were to make something that felt chaotic and unstable. The fact that a level jump-cuts into the next level with no intermediate screen makes for a situation that feels even *more* chaotic. Love it.
Cool concept that the bullets carry over levels. I wish you could move to dodge them or shield or something. Good job overall!
