Nice! Turns out you can exploit the pistol recoil to get some control over movement back.
Also, aiming is secondary, with long bullet lifetimes and wall reflections ;)

How does your game fit the theme?
The main character is losing control over himself and the game is quite chaotic give a sense of no control.

The story is really cool :)
I feel like the player should have more control at 100
Nice idea but I would have like a little more depth in level design, for example more obstacle and enemy types
DIY Bullethell? I'm in xD ... movement was a little slow. Could make a great multyplayer party game (either vs. or friendly fire coop).

Really liked the bullet hell that starts after you shoot a lot. also at first I was afraid to go into the whole in the first level :D
I miss some BG music, even just some simple tunes would have lifted this game alot. I like the idea of gradually loosing more and more control, but the level design is quite confusing and hard to find your way around. If you have time would you give our game a go? https://itch.io/jam/gmtk-2020/rate/692904
