Sorry did not work. Kept telling me I had lost even before starting.
Nice idea! I think it could be really useful to have a better way to understand which cell of the map is going to be sprayed with water (maybe with a subtle color change).
It's a solid game. You get a sense of panic when seeing the fire spread out of control, which makes you become hectic, which does not help controlling the fire. So, nice from a design standpoint triggering the emotions of the player.
I had some issue in the first three starts, where it instantly said, that I lose. Also you could turn the exit button into a 'retry' button, so that you do not have to restart the game completely.
Otherwise, good job! :)
I couldn't play dat☹️.....still kudos for your efforts🙌
Couldn't play the game :(, probably a thing of HTML5, which is quite buggy.
Oh that’s to bad. It’s my first time uploading to itch.io, perhaps something went wrong?
From my personal experience, you probably didn't do nothing wrong. It's just that web versions tend to create extra unpredictable problems
Nice "out-of-control" simulator! The movement was a little unintuitive (I got stuck in the river) but the concept of the game is definitely solid. Well done.
Hey we had a similar concept! I love how the game plays, and I love the panic of seeing the fire spread in real time. I was having a little trouble refilling the fire truck when I ran out of water, but I still had a lot of fun. Cool game!
