As others said, cardinal movement + angular rotation is really weird. Game is good though! the bullet's trajectory was a bit confusing to me and with some control tweaking i'm sure it'll be great!

This is a really cool concept, but i think you could improve the controls a lot simply by making the player (and maybe also the bullet) faster. Right now it feels very slow. That way it would also be more viable to leave your bullet out for longer to make curved shots when you pull it back in. Really great concept though.

Cool idea, and I love the music. The controls are pretty hard to get used to. Since ship facing is determined by the mouse but propulsion uses cardinal directions, it's not very intuitive to me when I'm strafing / reversing / going forward. It wouldn't matter as much if movement speed wasn't different for each mode.

Thanks for the review! The movement is a good point, at first I noticed it too  but  got used to it quickly because I tested a lot so I didnt think about it. Probably should've asked someone else to test or take a break and test it later again.
