Feels like it needs more space between obstacles with the strange control scheme. After a couple of tries I figured out what was going on, but it was still very difficult to maneuver. I do like the art and the uvula obstacle is really creative!

Well repeatedly going down those teeth are a bit disconcerting ;) .   I can get up to 18 but I struggle to get past the 2nd set of white blood cells. I like your premise  and the art is pretty cool.

Funny idea. A bit more space to see what obstacles are coming in next would have been nice i think.
