That's a dark interpretation of only one -- the only human left!  I admit I have trouble understanding how the core game play works -- what items are beneficial, and what aren't.  I really like the way you set up the reflection of the broken Earth in the astronaut's visor in the beginning, very evocative.

All items with white srtoke someway affect at panic. Or add panic, or remove it.

Items that you can grab on your back let you move faster. It 2 types of items. 1) Give you constant boost when you hit "W". 2) you grab item  and after some time it give you a boost.

Items with yellow glow slow the panic affect.

Try to follow music and search for some music artifacts.

I would suggest putting some instructions on the game's page itself. I was also confused as to what the objectives of the game were, and what the bar at the top meant.

For example, while I correctly assumed the arrows would control the character, I did not know that "W" was a button I could press. It's also generally confusing when a game has you start by clicking "Start" with the mouse, but then the gameplay itself is played with the keyboard. Just something to keep in mind :)

That said, I think the theme is well incorporated into the story/gameplay. I also really liked some of the art (seeing a shed or a billboard floating in space).
