  • Interesting action game in RPG Maker. The writing was sensual.
  • An interesting narrative set-up but felt a little let down by the gameplay itself. While the shooting idea is fun and could have been effective, the limitations of RPGMaker were apparent as it was difficult to shoot everything during the high difficulties unless you hit a perfect rhythm with your shots. Still, a solid entry!
  • rpgmaker might not be the best choice for this kind of game but it honestly worked better with it than I would have expected

As others have said the hit detection is a little off but everything seemed to work fine other than that. Pretty fun!

Very well made game. The shooting had some latency, but double clicking solved the issue. Very good concept and interesting use of the theme. The art was also very nice and fit the story nicely. Thank you for making this!

Thank you very much. As for the drawing, I used a bad technique. I'll know for next time. Glad you like the game. I still have work to do on the drawing, but if it starts to please, I know I'm on the right track. Thanks again. :D

Good effort. I feel like RPG Maker might have gotten in the way of what you were trying to build.

Copy/Paste of Rubric:

  1. Fun: I found the control input to be frustrating. The latency between clicking on something and the laser coming out was distracting and the gameplay felt more like learning the counterintuitive quirks of a system than gaining mastering over the actual game mechanics. -1
  2. Creativity: Lots of original art. Gameplay reminds me of Tempest. I’m leaning +1 because of the amount of creative content, even if the gameplay hurts it.
  3. Fetish Factor: The concept is alluring, and I like the mild panic from the partner.
  4. Theme: I suppose travelling into someone’s body counts. +0

Thanks for this feedback.

1- It would have been possible to make the position recognition system cleaner. But with the time allowed, I opted for a click position system rather than a mouse position system. I also set the verification to occur at the moment of the click rather than individually. This adds a very long verification layer that generates dead zones where no additional input is possible. I didn't realize this until too late, so I preferred to leave it as is. The limitation doesn't come from RPG Maker but from my lack of discernment in the technique used.

2- Thank you. Even if it's only half of what was planned. Each scene was supposed to be animated. We could have seen the breathing and moments where she speaks. But in two weeks, it's a bit too short, adding the music and the backgrounds. Fortunately, I lowered my standards, otherwise it would have been less... over, if I may say so. Glad you enjoyed it.

3- Thank you. I admit I was afraid it would be considered inappropriate given the current Itch controversy. Glad it wasn't misinterpreted.

4- I can only plead guilty. I wasn't particularly inspired by the theme. But that wouldn't have been an excuse for not suggesting anything.

Thank you for the time you spent playing this game. I hope it wasn't too difficult or unpleasant given my lack of judgment during its creation.
