This was really fun! And the only game so far to have a puzzle game respawning mechanic similar to mine. The aesthetics were nice and simple, audio was on point, and the puzzles were neat. The Hard Boss lived up to its name as well!
My only complaint was that the triangle's ability was not super clear - I had to die a few times to figure it out. Otherwise, great stuff!
Thanks for the feedback, the triangle actually the real puzzle
What do you mean?
To find the shapes ability, the triangle is the hardest one
Ah I see - in that case you succeeded!

Wonderful!!! It was an honor for my game to be played in your twitch stream, i see you're struggling at the real puzzle level, you can press 'R' to restart by the way, i'm actually waiting for you to reach the boss battle, because for me, its actually difficult, thank you so much!!!

Incredible!!! I love it when you fight the boss at the right time with the streaming time showing 2 hours, i think the boss is too hard, 😅😅 sorry ...
Nice Boss.
I really liked this game! I think the concept is strong, it just needs a bit more fleshing out (which is to say, beyond the scope of a game jam - it's really good for one week!). All of my critiques are minor and are against the grain of an overall quality game with good, creative level design, and awesome music and sound. For one - it's a little unclear what's special about the triangle - it starts unable to push buttons, but has an extra life, and can push buttons afterwards? I think descriptions somewhere or a more plain and simple tutorial style level before the puzzles might've helped with that (granted I had it most of the way figured out by the end regardless, it just took me a while longer than it maybe should've for me to work it out). Another thing is maybe a color difference for the triangle? First life is red, second is white? There's a lot of possible solutions. Also, the boss has some issues - notably that it can make you die 2 times in a row if you die in the first place in a spot where your next life is pinned - but it's very predictable which is always the core of good boss design. Good work overall!
Thanks for the feedback, the triangle thing is an excellent idea though
Really enjoyed how simple this game was. It's a great jam submission because its fun and simple to understand. I really enjoy a great puzzle platformer. I liked how your color pallette was so eye catching too. One thing I didn't really care for was the background audio - It gave me a lot of anxiety haha. Great submission though.
Thanks for the feedback, the background music actually gives you more spirit to play this game
Was able to defeat the boss by finding the pattern hahahaha. Awesome game and the music, those guitar riffs (idk what to describe lol), made it more intense and letting me, as a player, try to hurry up or have the sense of urgency throughout the game which is awesome.
Thanks for the feedback, you're right, the music is on fire
Congratulations for the boss
I wasn't able to fight the boss - but I think after some study it should be possible. But I think the hard boss is ok (a boss should be hard, right).
I like the artwork and the sounds. The background music creates a really fitting athmosphere.
But it seems like that you're particles are emulated in local space and not world space. I prefer last one because then existing particles won't move with the player. E.g. if you walk backwards it looks kind of weired. But if you pay attention you ofc can see it also during jumps.
Overall a really good game :-)
Thanks for the feedback, its actually my first time using particles in my games
Hard Boss!
