Interesting premise - I really liked the narrator setting it up at the beginning! Getting a hang of the controls at first was a bit tough, but the movement felt really smooth! Nice work! :D

I used a movement script from my old project

Hi, congrats on your game! :) The idea was well implemented. The only thing I think is missing is perhaps dividing the game into levels. I found the movement a bit challenging, so when I had already progressed a long way in the game and died, it was a bit frustrating to go back to the beginning. Another interesting point to consider would be keeping the audio of the story playing even when the player dies, so that it doesn't repeat from the beginning once it finishes speaking.
If you have some spare time, please try out my game. It's a classic space shooter from the 80s but with a personal touch. Please leave your honest feedback.
Hello, thanks for playing. Yes, I thought to divide the game into levels but I wasn't able to make the level switching on time so I made a single big level(or world). The movement takes time to get the hang of, even I got frustrated when playtesting.Time is my biggest enemy so I wasn't able to add checkpoints and more narrator dialogues 😅
WebGL worked for me too. mechanics felt smooth, but after certain time i couldn't switch dimensions anymore and was stuck. Keep working on it, it's cool project
WebGL worked for me, it felt really smooth at first i liked the controls and the double jump and how the game looked but i couldnt really figure out where to go, it looked like you have to jump back and forth between the 2 vertical walls but i couldnt seem to get it to jump in the direction i wanted to. It would also be good if the voiceover plays once when the level loads. It looks promising though.
