New version available today (after end of game jam ranking).
Hope I was able to make the hourglasses less confusing!
Also worked on making the text easier to read.
Enjoy!

Cool idea! But tit looks like time should go slower or music should be faster.

I really like the idea, but the game itself is a bit confusing. I'm not sure what it means when the hourglasses flip, and sometimes not all actions where playable. But good job for your first game jam!

Thank you for your comment!
You are right about the hourglasses.
As for the actions not being playable at some point in time (when you are at home, you cannot take notes for example, because it is reserved for class time), there is a text explaining why . We'll make sure the text is more visible in the next version.
Thank you again!

Thank you for trying it!
We agree about the hourglasses, we will work on that in a future version.

Nice concept, but the hourglasses are very confusing.

Developer

Yeah, you're right! We'll find a way to correct that!
Thank you for playing!

Great idea, relaxing music, I like the events messages.

Thank you sidux for the feedback!

Nice ideas and concept. I also like the UX of the 1-5 keys instead of having to click too! I really like having to balance physical, mental and success with the hourglasses draining.

The confusing part for me is I think when the hourglass flips, I am unsure if it is empty or full.

Overall this was done really well considering it is your first game. Congrats!

Thank you so much for your nice reply!
We discussed how to show best if the hourglasses are flipped or not. We agreed to put the top and the bottom of the hourglasses a different color, but I agree this is not enough. I will work on finding a better visual solution for this issue in the next version of the game.
Thank you again for your feedback!
