Cool music! The game itself is pretty fun, but the progression of upgrades is way too slow.

Similar to what's been said before, it takes a little bit too long to build up enough money for an upgrade. The enemies are also not that challenging either. I think just by Increasing the number of enemies at the beginning of the game, you could solve both those problems - More kills, more threat, more money. :)

Well done on submitting your first game jam!

Dunno how you made the art for the game, but if you want to avoid having blurred sprites, avoid upscaling and stretching them in-game. If you're using a tool like Asesprite, you can usually upscale a texture when exporting. for example, in my game, we used 32x32 sprites that would be 400% bigger ingame, and we simply upscaled them during export to avoid the artifacts and the blur ingame.

The artstyle is cute, but the gameplay is kinda boring. I know you have multiple days, but I couldn't bother to finish even the first day, since there is no threat by the enemies and you gain cash too slowly. You can't expect people to be willing to play your game for hours just to unlock everything, especially for a game jam. I would make the progression a lot faster, so we can see all the content in under 30 minutes.

Anyway, well done on contributing to the game jam!

Thank you!

Yep. The progression is slow and for some people it's boring. This is my first jam and I overreacted the gameplay, so the beginning is very boring because you gain a little amount of money.

I will learn from my mistakes.

Thanks for your feedback!

I can't seem to notice anything about Web Monetization API being implemented in the description, yet you selected this category - can you let me know if I'm missing anything?

Developer

Sadly I don't know how to use Web Monetization.  but you told me on the discord server, if I win you can send the prize on pay pal. Is this still good?

Host

That's not how winning competitions work :D

You have to implement given requirements and then beat other contestants to win prizes.

I know!

There is a lot of strong games. This jam is a REAL challenge and I had so much fun making a game with my friend :D

I mean I'm not sure that I'm going to be on the top 5 even in my category.

I love the animation of the birds, it’s so cute. I wish I could get to the upgrades faster :)

I'm glad you like it! In the beginning if you complete a day you get around 100 money. If you progress you get stronger enemies. And stronger enemies give you more money. There is also 2 skills what can increase your income.

It's a good game, try to improve the graphics. You can make enemies die faster, or give more money when you kill them. Clicking for half an hour on the screen for just one upgrade is annoying and can be improved, for example, by implementing a bonus that gives you x2 money if you buy it. It would be good if the enemies increase their speed and number of enemies, try to make the game more fun in that aspect of progression. If not otherwise, after two minutes playing you have already seen everything there is to do.

Thank you!

I want to add more enemies in the next one week to make the game more exciting.  Every enemy is going to have a custom health, attack mechanic, speed and money drop.  But I'm glad you like the core gameplay
