Congrats on completing your entry for the jam!

Yes, now after the voting ended you are free to update the game.

It's unplayable, nothing loads - the requirement of the Jam was that the entry have to be playable in the browser on the Itch page.

Uploading the zip is the right approach, but apparently something was broken in the zip as the game is not working. How could it stay as a valid entry if noone can even play it?

Most probably a bot sending automated votes so their own entry gets high Karma score and will be shown more often to other voting participants. We are looking into this right now, thanks for reporting.

Yeah, exactly what elocnat said.

It is not submitted, you had to submit to the jam, not only publish your project - ping me (end3rEnclave) on Discord ASAP and I'll help.

that's already submitted...

Ping me on Discord (end3rEnclave) ASAP and I'll try to help.

Ping me (end3rEnclave) on Discord and I'll look into it.

You can update them after submitting, but before the deadline (4 hours from now). After that the entries will be locked for voting.

You need to share the exact link to your game if you want me to look into this...

Can you both share links to your entries?

Both submitters and contributors will be allowed to vote.

You should fix it as entries will be played and judged on Itch. Join our Discord and ask hor help though and we'll be more than happy to assist.

Unfortunately not, everyone have the same amount of time and the deadline won't be extended.

Was this created during the Jam?

Can you provide the description in English?

Sure, totally!

It can, but for the purpose of this Jam it will be ignored as only the web build will be played and judged.

Unfortunately not, the deadline is the same for all participants.

Yes, you can submit as draft, as you are free to edit the game as much as you want during the jamming period between April 13th and 26th. After the deadline edits will be locked for voting though.

If you want to be accepted into the Jam you have to provide a free web version playable in the browser on the Itch page. You can also have a different, paid version to be downloaded if you want, but only as an extra content that won't be judged anyway.

There are no specific rules about it, but keep in mind some of our participants may be minors, so if you do have anything 18+ please give a proper warning beforehand.

Why is your logo a (slightly) modified Aseprite one?

Aseprite na Steam

It will be announced April 13th.

Joining our Discord and talking with fellow devs :)

Who knows, only two weeks till the big reveal :)

The theme will be announced at the start of the Jam, on April 13th.

You should create and submit new content, not the games you made years ago.

FYI the State of Web Game Development in 2024 Report was published.

You can read it online or download the pdf.

You are free to make a demo/variation/remix of it though, following the theme that is announced at the start, and during the jam.

Thanks for asking, but no - you can't submit an already made game.

This Jam ended last year, in the 2025 one you can.
