Can I submit a game in its rawest form now and edit and resubmit it incrementally later? Can I submit if it's a Draft page in Itch?Thanks!
Yes, you can submit as draft, as you are free to edit the game as much as you want during the jamming period between April 13th and 26th. After the deadline edits will be locked for voting though.
