Great work Samuel Alves! It is quite polished.
A very addictive game, you keep wanting to shoot these little enemies.
Considering the quantity of enemies on the screen it would be great if you reduced the nr. of shots necessary to kill them, but in any case, it is a good game! Well done
Thank you so much!! I had to do more balancing tasks to get the perfect quantity. I thought this way the game is a god challenge and I left it like that, but maybe if I reduce the enemies’ life is more satisfactory. Thank you so much for the feedback and I’m glad you had fun.
a fun and interesting game! well done
Fun shooter, took me some time to figure out that large gun could go through multiple enemies after few more deaths that small gun is good against rockets. The game also let me win after I lost just by waiting for the timer to go down :)
Ups, that’s something I thought I tested. Thank you for the feedback and I’m glad you had fun!!
Cool! This is a great bullet hell inspired game, you've got all the foundations for something great! Nice job!
Thank you so much for playing!!
Finally!!! interesting gameplay!!!!
I think it's possible to add weapons or control props to future levels or have some kind of mechanism on the map to help the player speed up or teleport to avoid stacked enemies, or limit the area to get a sense of tension in the final countdown!
Those are great ideas! I thought about integring other weapons in the game but I had to limit myself to the scope. Thank you for playing, I hope you had fun!
It was fun. What I liked was using the recoil to avoid enemies, and the music was well chosen.
My wife played, and she is weird in the ways she plays games so weird things started happening lol
She decided not to kill anyone, so enemies started getting stuck on walls, the fps dropped and the timer was wonky.
But overall we both had a great time.
The enemies getting stuck and the fps drop were some issues I was working on but couldn’t fix properly. I have to say I did a little bit of a mess with the code in some parts, maybe withsome cleaning could run smoother. Thank you so much for the feedback!!
A surprising gem! I had a hard time with this game until something clicked and I really got the appeal. Switching between fast and low damage guns and slow, high recoil and damage penetrating bullets really gives it a great feel of tactics. I wish there were more powerups around, but still enjoyed it. Great fun and ended up wining in the end. Keep it up!
Thank you so much! I’m glad you liked the game.
Fun game i kind of got the jist of it after the second play through, i feel like its weird that the bigger gun doesnt do more damage and im not really sure what the ojective was but still was fun. I think the UI needs to be resized on the main menu so that players can see what each Control is or make a Menu that has Start, Options, Exit and Controls. Other than that, its really good!
It deals more damage, but not enough and the recoil is a bit bigger than I wanted, I have to tweak those things. UI is something that I struggled with, I have to practice more with that. Thank you for your feedback, and I hope you have fun!
Nice press your luck mechanic with the gun size vs recoil.
When I played cold, I didn't understand if there was an objective. It wasn't clear to me what the pickups did. It seemed like a collectathon or "find the macguffin", but when I looked at the game page I discovered it was: survive 3 minutes. For your next jam, maybe lean into that design decision and make the clock really obvious to the player. Or make the purpose of the pickups much more obvious.
I wanted to tweak some things but I had issues the last days. Maybe next time I can put a text whith the effect when you pick something. Thank you so much four your feedback!
