It's a fun concept and a neat art design, and the music helped to create something of a "cozy" atmosphere. The fact the fisher guy didn't have a dedicated pole and sort of haphazardly kept rowing while fishing kinda threw me. Additionally, I'm not sure what else I was supposed to do, after catching fishing and going back to the dock. Is there an upgrade system? Or something to increase my boat weight for catching fish / bringing in more?

Unfortunately I had some issue with camera movement, which didn't always allow me to see the logs or the weight of the fishes. Despite that, I had a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. Really well done :)
I just worried about the physical collision between rod and fish at the beginning, but the fact is I have very good experience during the game! I love this relaxing game! Just reminds me of the old days with 8 bits computer. Nice Job!
Neat little game, well done. I like the pixel art and I absolutely love the choice of game engine to learn a new language! :)
I’ve seen some fish spawn directly on the scene, and one even learned how to fly (see screenshot). :D
It felt like the longer the line was becoming, the slower the pace of the gameplay. It would perhaps be great to add more mechanics with the upgrades so the player is more occupied while descending the line.
nice take on the theme, really lovely chill fishing game! I upgraded my boat to the max and got as much fish as I could eat lol! lovely graphics, I think the others have mentioned the speed of reeling things back as well, I guess in a way it makes sense you have to be careful when reeling things in, but it did feel that it almost slowed down the last part of the gameplay a bit too much. Really enjoyed this title, great job!
Very chill game, with great art. The camera felt a bit too slow following, especially when reeling a fish in so I'd miss what the weight of that fish was or I'd lose the fish because it has gone up off screen and a box hit it or something. Overall enjoyed it!
I realy liked the atmosphere and the art of the game! I feel like the camera was a little bit too slow, so it was hard to read the text at the top. I also experienced a bug (or maybe I'm just bad), when i got at the bottom with the gray fishes, I couldn't even fish a single one and my rod wouldn't even fish normal fishes too... really frustrating haha. Besides that, very good job!
You can check my game if you want to!!
A fishing game with a relaxing vibe. Like the art and audio for this, really makes the atmosphere feel relaxing. Theres a little bug where if i fish at the port, a bunch of text will show up. and i submit the fish. Good job!
Wonderful game, probably the first time I liked fishing in games! The only thing is that the camera moves too slowly and because of this you cannot see where you are leading the fish, and it often falls off the hook
Really enjoyed the look of it. I think it would be nicer to speed up the descent of the hook as you the hook goes deeper, there was a lot of waiting (like real fishing!) when going down to the sharks and rays.
Pretty relaxing game. I have had a bug where I sadly couldn't see the text that was appearing after catching a fish ): I would also welcome using arrows up and down insted of space. This is screenshot of the bug.
Would appreciate if you play and review game me and my team have made. I think you will like it.
Overall great game, I love the concept. Not sure how to catch the bigger fish in the game?
Anyways, lovely idea.
