I love the looks and feel of the game! The pretty pixelated style, together with the minimal sounds makes it feel very coherent and atmospheric to me. ^_^ The game was also super polsihed, with great player feedback. The buttons in the main menu alone are super satisfying to click, haha XD

In principle I liked the gameplay a lot as well, but it was a bit frustrating for me at times. Whenever a text showed up in the top left I needed to drop everything to do that thing. For example, I was digging some rocks to prepare for the evening when hunger popped up. I decided to finish digging my rock, but because of this I was late at my food and died. I in these kind of games I want to do things as efficiently as possible, but for this I need to know a bit earlier that I am getting hungry. I guess a hunger slider does not really fit the style of the game, so I would not recommend that, but maybe the text can have some effect on it that gets more intense as it becomes more urgent? Maybe it fades in a bit slower? This is just my experience, so please feel free to ignore it all if it does not fit your vision of the game :)

The tutorial was great and explained everything really effectively, although the highlights were not so very obvious in the beginning for me. The only thing I was missing in the tutorial were the controls, but these I found in another tab in the main menu.

Hopefully you don't think the feedback is too harsh! I really like the execution, feel and gameplay, and I think you did an amazing job with this game! Thanks a lot for making this :D

Good game! I found this game hard but I see that is the intention as you have pointed out, I think people who enjoy challenging and punishing games will enjoy this one. visually the theme captures that feeling of hopelessness I felt along the way so well done on creating a thoughtful game world. Overall great job.!

Hey mano, Brazilian here! But I'll comment in English anyway. Very polished game, even the menus have the "juice" when selecting things. The game has a very cool concept, and it taking care of the plant really fits the survivor genre. Visuals are very cohesive with the game and sound design is great. As other people mentioned, this is a hard-as-nails game, which is not something bad but might scare some players away at first. I'm not saying that the difficulty should be changed, but maybe a slower learning curve would help with the feeling of frustration that some folks might have felt. Overall, great entry! Keep up with the good work. Cheers!

The gameplay is really smooth and polished, as are the graphics and sound. Surviving past a day was quite hard, since I had to go and collect rocks/water, but halfway through the task, I'd have to return to the campfire to eat, as there's so little time given to react to the warnings.

The main loop and mechanics are great, but in many cases, its hard to really understand what it is that I am doing. In some ways, that could be aided with different graphics, or even some kind of pop-up that tells you what you are carrying or what needs you to interact with it. Having to manage a growing plant mechanic while also not letting hunger get too high is an excellent aspect of the game, but its just a bit hard to actually perceive that while playing.

Overall, there's a great concept here, and potential for lots of interesting gameplay!

Please check out and rate my game. =)

Fun survival game. I like how you can pick things up and drop them, feels pretty natural. Great job!

Dave_Lemonade had it right when he called it “claustrophobic”; there’s this constant feeling of the situation pressing in on you. It’s very unforgiving… maybe a little bit too much so for my tastes. It seems like you absolutely have to drop what you’re doing when you get a warning, or else. But maybe that’s just because I kept pushing it too much. Perhaps some sort of meter or countdown to indicate just how close you are to dropping dead of hunger/cold?

One little niggle: requiring two different tools to harvest the plants just seemed like extra steps for extra steps’ sake.

but that's what the game is about. about anxiety, stress and constancy. the absence of indicators of cold and hunger is intentional, to contribute to this feeling of uncertainty. this is not a game like Stardew Valley or Minecraft, it's a short and hard game about strictly following a routine.

Oh, I entirely agree with you. I’m sorry if I was making “claustrophobic”/“unforgiving” sound like a bad thing… at least, like an objectively bad thing. It’s clearly intentional, it’s very atmospheric, and I think it will appeal to a lot of players. I just wasn’t sure whether or not it appealed to me. I should’ve explained myself more clearly.

Similarly, I didn’t mean to say the game needs such indicators. Rather, I imagine this hypothetical meter as an “easy mode” allowance, which would make the game more accessible to players who, like me, are on the fence. Those who already enjoy the game with its anxious atmosphere would of course do without!

I loved it! it's like a mini survival game, some ppl might say it's hard but I think it is well balanced and I liked the gameplay and that you have to play few time to get it, and I for sure can see this as a speedrunable game! great job!

The gameplay is very claustrophobic. I would prefer if cold & hunger are little bit softer. After about 10 attempts I only survived 1 day.  this is was down to impatience, I just wanted to get mining. That I just my opinion I understand if you are going for a certain feel. I personally don't like Don't Starve.

The eating & interacting with objects would need some audio & visual indications. like small animations or sounds.

Overall I think it just needs a few more materials & uses for tools, free it up a bit & you will have hours of gameplay.

Loved the visuals & colour palette.
