Nice shooter. The friction mechanic is good. A bit fast even on medium. image.png

Very nice defence game. I think the stick make not enough heat, but that could also be a skill issue. The only bad thing is we kill snowman.

I played easy and got to level 5 with about 120-130 kills. The heating mechanism works, well, but not well enough for a lazy camper like me who leaves clicking to the last minute.

Epic music and gameplay. I was seeing new enemies until my demise. Reminded me of the game I spent much longer on in last week's jam.

If I had one criticism, it would be in letting the mouse go outside of the play area. I wasn't too interested in watching sticks rub, and I guess I was missing there. OTOH it save me RSI slinging my mouse across the desk.

Cool "Firedefence" game!

We had the same idea! Even pausing uses the same button haha

Also found the hard mode a bit too easy like JugGames, but that's probably just because of me playtesting my own game lol

Congrats on your first game jam btw!

NGL I got lost in the sauce.

The heat mechanic kept me engaged and I felt the need to balance it. However, I picked hard difficulty on my first run and I had to choose to die. Maybe some faster enemies could have helped solve this. Or I am just really good at clicking lol

I know it already has been said, but the heal mechanic is very good !

Loved the game. The loop was engaging and fun to play with. Congrats on completing it! The only issue I faced was the game not registering my mouse click sometimes. Other than that, great game.

Game feels really polished. Lots of settings Options. And finished game loop.

Amazing game! I have never seen such new creative mechanic, amazing adaptation of the theme. I only have on critique though; the pixel art is kinda blurry...  in godot this happens when you don't set the rendering on an image to nearest, you can watch a tutorial to fix it. overall creative game!

Wow this is so good to know, I had no idea. Thank you!

Super cool game! The rubbing sticks together mechanic is really unique yet easy to pick up, and having snowmen be the enemies is really fun.  Nice increase in difficulty between the difficulty levels as well. I had fun with this one! And congrats on the first jam!

Thank you!

Nice! Was very fun to play and looks really cohesive. Though I somehow managed to get a red overlay during a part of the game. Was able to disable it by clicking in the top right corner.

Aw man always these bugs :( Thank you for playing though!
