I think the performance issue was really bad. Good think I beat it from my third time lol. A nice base for a fast-paced platformer. Cool idea!

It looks like a fun and well made game in the screenshots, unfortunately I couldn't run the downloaded version (some file was missing or something? I only had the exe, and it wouldn't let me run) and the web version we so low performance that I couldn't really control the character before I died.

But even from the screenshots, I can tell the artstyle is great, and that platforming and gameplay look fun! So I will still rate it fairly. :)

Man given the time this would be an epic mobile game, I like the shakey effect. the character reminds me of good ol King’s Quest.

Aside from the performance issues that other people have mentioned, this is quite fun. I've always liked running through a collapsing building or structure of sorts. The urgency to get out as soon as possible makes for quite high energy gameplay, which I'm a big fan of! The pixel art in this game is pretty good too, nice job! I think the movement could be polished up a little bit more though, try experimenting with how you give the player feedback when colliding with things, jumping around, etc. You might be able to add a lot of juice and game feel to this. Anyway, good game and good luck :)

Thanks for the feedback. The movement is indeed lacking polishment. My original idea included dashing mid air and wall jump, but the lack of time made me put those ideas on low priority.

I couldn't rate this game because it was so laggy

Developer

Chill game, reached the end. I liked how you had to wait for some rocks to fall so you could progress

A good game and mechanics of decay. Later I realized that in some places you need to wait until the decay takes place.

Nice game, completed it! The controls feel responsive and the level is very dynamic due to the decay mechanic. I liked how you have to wait for decay in a couple of places to move forward. Windows build is broken, I hope you can fix that, and add more levels :)

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! I didn't know the windows build was broke... I will give it a look

I liked the idea and finished the end. I wish it was instant to restart the game.

Nice entry!

Developer

Thanks! Performance at the start is terrible right now... I will try improving it but probably won't be able to finish in time
