I liked the sprites, though I could see a faint orange border around them (particularly the top of the pitchforks).

It's a nice game. One small improvement I'd suggest would be to show the player their score before restarting the level.

I love the literal take on Bullet Hell, great job. I would just recommend reducing the animation rates for the bullet and fire!
