How does your game fit the theme?
The game fits the theme through the interpretation of END meaning the ends of the train in the game, which upon the end of the player's life, will swap the beginning of the train with the end of the train. An End (of the train and of the player's life) is a new beginning (of the train) and leads the player back to the beginning.

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes, we created all the assets from scratch. Except for the music which was copyright free, and the fancy-looking typography.

This was a fun action platformer! We were split between making the game we posted and another one that was quite similar to this when we were in our ideas phase. The art is really nice and the overall objective and theme is very clear. I had fun lobbing my suitcase halfway across the train before dodging all the enemies to get it back. Very solid mechanic. Great submission!

The gameplay got a bit repetitive, but overall, the game has a really fun concept that you executed very well! I really enjoyed the art, the story, and throwing my suitcase around :)

The only perfect game in this game jam to be honest

I definitely love a good pixel art :) The idea for the gameplay was fun, I wish that the enemies were more interesting maybe. But for 3 days of work that's very good!

a good and addictive game, but I didn't understand what was wrong with the sound, a very loud beginning, and then there was no sound at all

Nice job on this game, I liked the intro cut scene and the art style in general is really good. The time reversal mechanic is pretty cool, but it felt like there was no incentive to actually fight the enemies. I just sat at the back of the train the whole time and made it to the end.

I like the game idea. Both the visuals and chosen music is also pretty good. The gameplay feels a bit unfinished, and the goal is not super clear. But anyway I still had fun trying the game.

Loved the game, just fix a bug where you can sit on the wheels of the train,  you can just wait there and none enemies will kill you. Keep it up man! Really fun!!!!!! Loved the animations and cutscenes!!!!!!!

Cool game! The art style is amazing definitely some of the best I've seen in this jam. I also really enjoy the concept and gameplay loop. Given some more time I think it could be a really nice indie game :). Great work!

Nice idea! I love the artstyle and the attacking mechanics with the briefcase. Good job!

I love the little pixel characters and art style! Throwing the briefcase around is super fun and silly. Great atmosphere as well!

Yeah, the code is a lil bit buggy but the art and colour is AMAZING!!!

Love the style and concept! Sadly it feels a bit incomplete, would love to see this fleshed out a bit more!

I actually think it's perfect the way it is, it was made in a Game Jam and such reflects that. To submit a completed game would be imperfect and utterly ridiculous.

lmao yeah I guess you're right
