How does your game fit the theme?
My game is a Top-Down Shooter game, every time you die you will be respawned with random stats in the game
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
All the code is written by me with help of 2-3 online tutorials and all the assets are also made by me in Krita software.

Cool idea. It was fun to play, but I think, if you would work more on graphic, It would be even better.
Please, develop your ideas! Its just top-down shooter with one type of enemies and no purpose in gameplay. Idea of changing stats after death is ok, I liked it, but develop it! For example changing type of weapon, enemies, yourself, you can move e.t.c. Graphics is good, minimalistic and good looking.
Fun gameplay with great attention to game feel !
To polish a bit further, I'd add a slight camera shake when killing an enemy.
On the design aspect, I'd find a way to make the player want to stay alive for a bit, because right now I'm basically suiciding over and over until reaching god-like stats.
