How does you game fit the theme?
Everytime he dies, he goes back to day 1 but its actually not the first day 1. That's why he collect back MagiCore from Mgstones.
Spoilers
If I can make it on time. It's actually a story about a mad engineer who went rogue after loss of his children. He kills other people that he thinks they are monster.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
3 pieces of sprites and few SFX are not owned by me but rest is drawn and made by me. About all the codes, I did not take any ready-written code to challange myself. Several times I looked up Brackey's videos to fresh up my memory. If you ever get my project while I will be too emberassed to explain all the messy code. I had to be on time.

I liked the idea and the game looks very promising. However for some reason I was not able to build anything. I collected enough wood and magic core and went to build but the Game keeps saying "You need -X wood".
I found the MagiStone but unfortunately it didn't help for long. There might be some other things influencing the bug. Now I needed "-1 Magic Core".
This is only a guess but you should check the amount with "greater to" instead of "equal to"
e.g. like this ---> if (magiccore=>5)
NOT like this ---> if (magiccore==5)
Hi there! Nice game for a jam! Good graphs & the idea is nice.
Maybe you can put more MagiCore next time in the beginning so the player can start building something and having fun quicker.
tower defense games are my favorite, and you partner it with an eerie atmosphere, this one is great!
Hey that's a very good concept i like it very much ! Tower defensing while having to collect the ressources to build is a very good idea ! Also the atmosphere of the game is quite good too, and you managed pretty well to show the fear of the child and the father while monsters approach.
I liked it, good work ! :)
fun game but I ran into this bug at the beginning where if I would enter the house as I was about to running out of time I get soft locked and have to reload the page
Interesting, I didnt expect it to be a tower defense at all. Small bugs here and there but the game was playable overall, great game
I really like the eery vibe you've managed to convey here! It's an interesting concept, definitely see potential. If you are building on it I would suggest improving the UI and tips, they are not very obvious and kind of difficult to read which can make the game hard to pick up. Nice art style!
Thank you for your feedback. You are right about that. Unfortunately, I had not enough time to come up with decent UI ideas. I realised that people tend to not to get attention on those important information. I will definetely make this an interesting game so if you decide to check now and then you will see some update.
Thank you again for your time!
The game wouldn't let me build a tower when I had enough materials for it, it even had negative values. Enjoyed the game overall, the creatures reminded me of no face.
I don't know what you mean by tower shots getting stuck but thanks. Tower bullets are meant to stay on the ground for a while for visual purposes.
Thank you for your feedback about text. I am not a good UI designer and not good at picking proper colors for texts when it comes to games with diferent scales of colors.
Initially hard to understand, but fun once you get the hang of it. Really like how it was put together - graphics and audio are great!
Cool BGM to fit with the scary theme and the gameplay is fun. But I stumbled a problem where I can't build the base even when I have enough resources
